Job description

We are currently looking for candidates to fill a position of HR Advisor with English for our Client.

It is a chance to take part in advanced processes in worldwide growing organization with leader position on Cracow's market. The company is looking for candidates who take up a new challenge in newly created project and strengthen the team!

Daily responsibilities:

  • Support employees via phone and emails in various administrative tasks related to HR area: onboarding, internal HR documentation, rewards and salaries, reporting, employment life-cycle
  • Support employees or managers related to HR processes, policies, and questions
  • Provide HR data quality in HR system
  • Taking care of employee lifecycle documentation - from hire to retire
  • Master data management
  • Preparing reports
  • Participation in transition of the process (preparing guidelines, procedures, trainings)
  • 2-3 years of working experience in HR area related with Employee Administration, On-boarding
  • Educational background related with Human Recourses will be an asset
  • Very good knowledge of English
  • Corporate experience in SSC/BPO sector in multinational environment
  • Very good level of MS Office, especially MS Excel
  • Knowledge of SAP
  • Ability to work under time pressure in dynamic environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
