For newly set up SSC in Lodz we are seeking experienced candidates for the position of Transition Manager.
- coordinate transition of processes from various European locations to SSC in Lodz.
- work closely with Transition Team and Business Functional Leads across various business units to design and execute the implementation of project plans related to process migration.
- provide professional expertise and define the best delivery model for the process.
- find improvement areas, drive efficiencies and simplification in the process, manage and resolve issues.
- ensure the quality, completeness and accuracy of the process documentation.
- 5 years of experience in SSC/BPO environment.
- previous experience in leading transition projects and change management initiatives – min. 3 years.
- previous experience in process design and improvement.
- understanding of process migration methodology.
- very good English skills.
- University degree.
