For our Client - an international bank we are currently looking for a person to join a global team and fulfill the position of a:

Third Party Management (TPM) Monitoring team Associate


  • managing and coordinating medium/ high complexity vendor risk related assessments
  • tracking and driving the remediation of Open Issues from reviews, advising vendors and internal organizations on control design and effectiveness
  • reviewing evaluation of process-related questionnaires and documentation against logic, consistency and standards set out in Key Operating Procedures
  • contributing to the preparation and publishing of results and management summaries, especially the controls assessments
  • providing centralized interface for TPM stakeholders with regard to all controls assessment – internal and external
  • liaising directly with onshore Subject Matter Experts Work stream leads for advice, guidance and escalation
  • supporting the training programme for Business Divisions and Vendor
  • ensuring that established operational SLAs are met throughout the TPM lifecycle
  • displaying core values in daily interaction
  • demonstrating appropriate business etiquette, accountability, professionalism and due care in all daily interactions (internal and external)
  • workload management abilities, organizing and coordinating work of peers and provide substantive support to team members. As needed, training peers/ new colleagues.


  • minimum 5 years in a cross-cultural, global organization, preferably in an operational/analytical/audit environment with a risk management focus
  • 3 years external/ internal audit background is a must
  • fluent English (German language is an asset)
  • ablility to lead projects and small teams
  • strong analytical skills, attention to details and data interpretation skills
  • a building positive working relationships and managing stakeholder attitude
  • ability to think “outside of the box”, willingnesss to share information, transfer knowledge and expertise to team members
  • strong knowledge of MS Office (including Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
  • proactive approach and ability to take leadership over assignments.
