For our client, an international company specializing in providing solutions and products for the pharmaceutical sector, an industry leader, we are looking for candidates for a position of:
Multilingual Support with ENGLISH, FRENCH and ITALIAN.


  • Providing the phone and e-mail support for the foreign languages speaking users;
  • Be responsible for ensuring all calls and emails are logged accurately within the Service Management system;
  • Escalate incidents to the relevant line technical teams;


  • At least 1 years experience providing 1st line support to corporate customers in a multi-national organization;
  • Ability to work with customers and provide quality services;
  • Good manners and interpersonal skills;
  • Excellent ability to communicate
  • Very good knowledge of French and Italian
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Knowledge of computer hardware and IT communications will be an asset!
