For our client, an international company specializing in providing solutions and products for the pharmaceutical sector, an industry leader, we are looking for candidates for a position of:
Multilingual Support with ENGLISH, FRENCH and ITALIAN.
- Providing the phone and e-mail support for the foreign languages speaking users;
- Be responsible for ensuring all calls and emails are logged accurately within the Service Management system;
- Escalate incidents to the relevant line technical teams;
- At least 1 years experience providing 1st line support to corporate customers in a multi-national organization;
- Ability to work with customers and provide quality services;
- Good manners and interpersonal skills;
- Excellent ability to communicate
- Very good knowledge of French and Italian
- Good knowledge of English
- Ability to work in a team
- Knowledge of computer hardware and IT communications will be an asset!
- Experience in international environment in multilingual team;
- Full time job contract;
