- Monitoring and coordinating the daily activities of the staff in the IT Service Desk team,
- Understanding of processes run by team and ability to bring in improvements and efficiencies within the team,
- Ensuring that the standards and processes are fulfilled,
- Building strong relationships with clients and Account Managers.
- At least 3 years of previous professional experience on similar position, gained in international company.
- Ability to manage, develop and motivate the employees.
- Very good English skills.
- University degree.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
