- monitoring and coordinating the daily activities of the staff in the IT Service Desk team,
- understanding of processes run by team and ability to bring in improvements and efficiencies within the team,
- ensuring that the standards and processes are fulfilled,
- building strong relationships with clients and Account Managers.
- at least 3 years of previous professional experience on similar position, gained in international company.
- ability to manage, develop and motivate the employees.
- very good English skills.
