Responsibilities:

  • Phone and e-mail support for the foreign languages speaking users
  • Supporting the Clients in diagnosis and problems solving of technical issues, troubleshooting
  • Providing solutions and ideas
  • High quality customer assistance

Requirements

  • Proficient or native knowledge of French (min. C1)
  • Good knowledge of English (min. B2)
  • Experience in IT support position - required (previous experience in 1st line or 2nd line) - strictly required
  • Very good communication skills
  • Team spirit
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment
  • Availability to work in shift system
