Currently for our client the American enterprise, the global leader in consulting, design, design-build, operations, and program management we are looking for

Recruitment Coordinator

Your role will be: supporting recruitment team in administrative tasks such as: scheduling interviews and business travel, verifying and posting job advertisements, entering the roles onto Tracking System, creation of job requests, completing of candidates references and updating internal system.

Requirements

  • min. 6 months of experience in administrative tasks in recruitment sector (preferably in Recruitment Agency, internal HR departments)
  • Very good knowledge of English (written and spoken) is essential
  • Good command of MS Office suite (especially Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Team oriented individual
  • Good interpersonal and social skills


Advantageous to have:
  • Experience in using TALEO system
  • Experience in end to end recruitment processes
