Currently for this global leader we are looking for IT Support Specialist with English and German language.

This ambitious person offers:

  • quality and high-standards technical assistance within customer service department,
  • necessary actions undertaken to resolve computer queries,
  • advice and help to German speaking internal clients,
  • solutions to IT issues and up-to-date information about the query status,
  • help and good management of Siebel and Salesforce CRM.


  • proficient written and oral German skills,
  • communicative level of English,
  • experience in Customer Service or IT Support role,
  • good knowledge about Windows and MS Office,
  • availability to work during morning and afternoon shifts (till 7 PM),
  • ability to work under pressure.


  • employment contract for 1 year with possibility to further extend,
  • very attractive salary and benefits package,
  • relocation package for people decided to move to Gdynia from other location in Poland or abroad.
