For international company located in Lodz we are seeking a candidate who would join Helpdesk Team of 2 people.

Main duties:

  • identify, investigate, resolve and follow-up on problems brought to the helpdesk by company users.
  • develop innovative solutions to user problems.
  • providing support in response to infrastructure, applications and Google tools issues.
  • escalate incidents to 2nd line support.


  • 2 years of experience on similar position in Helpdesk Team in international company, preferably from SSC/BPO area.
  • very good English skills.
  • University degree.
  • strong interpersonal skills.
