For international company located in Lodz we are seeking a candidate who would join Helpdesk Team of 2 people.
- identify, investigate, resolve and follow-up on problems brought to the helpdesk by company users.
- develop innovative solutions to user problems.
- providing support in response to infrastructure, applications and Google tools issues.
- escalate incidents to 2nd line support.
- 2 years of experience on similar position in Helpdesk Team in international company, preferably from SSC/BPO area.
- very good English skills.
- University degree.
- strong interpersonal skills.
