For our Client - international well-known company, we are looking for candidates who would like to take a position of HR support in administration department with Italian.
You will be responsible for:
- Solving employees issues related to HR processes via phone, email, web chat
- Providing guidance to employees on HR system
- Supporting other team members
- Taking care of high standards of customer service
- Excellent written and oral skills of Italian
- Very good command of English language
- Experience in customer care within international environment will be an advantage
- Positive, enthusiastic and proactive
