Grafton Recruitment Company has begun a search person who would like to take up job as HR Advisory Expert with German
Responsibilities:
- Performs and assures adequate data entry into systems
- Deliver information about employment, compensation, benefits or pensions
- Manage and update employee Licecycle records
- Providing solutions and ideas
- Maintain excellent Customer service
- Contact with employees via telephone and email: answering questions, resolving problems
Requirements
- Excellent knowledge of both German and English langauge
- Customer service orientation
- Previous experiance in Customer Service area will be a strog plus
