For our client, international global leader of measurement & precision instruments for many sectors, we are currently looking for a person to fullfil the position of:

Global Service Desk Technician with German


  • Providing 1st and 2nd level support - troubleshooting of IT related problems from software to hardware to German and English speaking users
  • Taking ownership and coordination with other IT support teams for high priority issues


  • Bachelor Degree in any discipline
  • Excellent German and English both written and spoken skills
  • At least one year of experience in service desk/technical support/customer support
  • Good knowledge of IT Service Desk operations
  • Required knowledge: Active Directory Services, MS Exchange, VPN, Network, MS Office suite 2010/2016


  • Full-time job contract
