For international company located in the center of Lodz we are urgently seeking English speakers to join Customer Service Department.

Main responsibilities:

  • providing professional customer support (by phone, e-mail, chat) related to car rental;
  • proactive sales of additional services (car insurance etc.);
  • putting data into computer system;
  • resolving customers queries and discrepancies on their accounts;


  • very good English;
  • very good interpersonal skills;
  • positive attitude.
