For newly set up international SSC in Lodz we are currently seeking Italian speaker for the position of Back-Office Specialist.
- support Customer Service Teams located in Italy and Spain in resolving discrepancies reported by clients.
- gather information from other Departments and prepare feedback for the clients.
- initiate compensation process if needed.
- take part in process improvement projects.
- 2-years of experience in international company.
- fluent Italian skills.
- good English.
- analytical and problem solving skills.
- attention to details.
- SAP skills would be an advantage.
- previous experience in customer service gained in production company would be an asset but is not a must.
