For the international SSC in center of Lodz we are seeking candidates for the position of the Back-Office Specialist speaking Dutch language.
- Identifying preliminary root cause and contacting responsible department;
- Formulating response based on feedback from responsible department;
- Forwarding information to the Customer Care Agent;
- Contacting with the Logistics Department in case of inspection / returning of goods;
- Monitoring timely feedback to customer;
- Initiating credit and debit notes;
- Monitoring the e-invoicing process.
- Very good Dutch;
- Very good English;
- Experience in working in international environment – nice to have;
- Analytical skills;
- Self confidence and commitment.
