After our training, you will be responsible for:

  • handling incoming phone calls, emails and chat from customers in foreign language
  • analyzing and resolving most common enquiries using step-by-step solutions
  • cooperating with IT specialist team to deal with more complex issues


You do not need to have any experience, only what you need are:
  • fluent Swedish
  • good English skills (min B2)
  • good communication skills
  • customer service experience - will be an asset
