For our international Client, company from fin-tech sector, we are looking for Service Desk Team Leader.
This is a leader role perfect for candidates who have vision and innovative approach and who would like to take part in building company’s success.
- Ensuring that the service provided for the customers is performed on an excellent level in accordance to SLA
- Taking care of all the operational queries
- Leading, managing and developing an international team (approx.10 people)
- Close cooperation with other departments
- Encouraging cooperation, teamwork and knowledge sharing
- Providing team members with coaching and assure process team training requirements are satisfied
- At least 1 year’s experience in the international environment on the positions: Senior Specialist/ Deputy Team Leader/ Team Leader
- Fluent English (additional French or Dutch would be an advantage)
- Experience in developing team and delivering service for business solutions in a dynamic environment
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Knowledge from fin-tech sector would be a big asset
- Flexible working hours
