Job description

For our Client, new BPO Center, we are currently looking for candidates for the position of Support Engineer for Unified Communication.

Task description:

  • Responsible for troubleshooting in the area of IT/ACD
  • Coordination of the setup of IT-/ACD-workstations as well as storage, hardware and cable maintenance
  • Planning and coordination of workplace relocations
  • Documentation (e.g. customer/system specific installations)
  • Responsible for ensuring the operational readiness of the IT and ACD networks via monitoring systems and UHDs
  • Analysis and elimination of faults in LAN, PC, printer, server, ACD, etc.
  • Software distribution / security management (patches, etc.)
  • Call Flow Design in interaction (ACD, CTI, IVR)
  • Carrier Service Numbers Management
  • University degree or equivalent education in Business IT / Computer Studies
  • Certification ITIL V3 Foundation
  • Advanced IT-knowledge
  • Social competence and pronounced communication skills
  • Independent working style and high commitment
  • Comprehensive IT knowledge (PC networks, databases, programming languages, ACD etc.)
  • High resilience, time flexibility and willingness to travel
  • Structured, process-oriented working method
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Very good Polish
