For our Client we are looking for Senior HR Generalist

You will be responsible for:

• Share communicates and implements human resources strategies and initiatives in HR areas
• Builds and maintains influential relationships by being a strategic partner with management and an employee advocate
• Close cooperation with Managers regarding employee development, employee relations and other HR matters.
• Support of recruitment end to end process: sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates; supports diversity efforts and complies with organization policy and government regulations.
• Development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
• Active support of HR Manager in evolving the company’s culture, including driving employee engagement to enable a high performing workforce that contributes to strategic growth.
• Mainly contact with employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate research or participates in special projects.
