Job description

For our client, international FMCG company, we are looking for:

Order Management Specialist with Romanian

Responsibilities:

  • Order entry and processing in SAP system
  • Scheduling deliveries
  • Issuing invoices
  • Processing product returns and claims from the Clients
  • Collaborate with local Customer Development Teams to investigate and resolve order management and delivery issues
Requirements
  • Min. 1 year of experience in customer service or order management department
  • Fluent French, good level of English
  • Very good computer skills
  • Good communication skills and proactive personality
  • Knowledge of SAP system would be a great advantage
