For one of our Clients we are looking for:
Medical Information Contact Center Manager for the European Market
Duties range:
- manage a small team of Medical Information officers
- quality monitoring, coaching and continuous improvement
- recruitment and training of team members
- at least 2 years' experience in a medical information position
- fluent command of English
- education in life science or healthcare field, pharmacy degree preferred
- management experience essential
- another European language will be an asset
- excellent customer service experience
- familiarity with telephony systems
