Customer Service Advisor with Swedish
The main duties:
- Providing 1st line support
- Respond and diagnose problems received via phone, chat or electronic online support (in order to MS Office, Windows, resetting passwords, installations, CRM)
- Daily contact with Swedish market
- Troubleshooting, contact with 2nd line support
- Support your team and Manager in daily duties
- Experience in customer service will be an asset
- English language skills B2 (spoken and written)
- Swedish language skills must be fluent (C1)
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent team work skills
- High motivation to develop in IT sector / helpdesk
- Polish language will be an asset
