Job description

For our international Client due to fast grow we are looking for candidates for a HR Administration Specialist with French

Responsibilities:

  • Collaboration with customer employees, HR departments and third parties for HR and payroll
  • Resolving customer queries, preserving time and quality requirements
  • Explaining and managing electronic inquiries
  • Having knowledge of communications systems (CRM)
  • Preparing and maintaining payroll related records and reports
  • Ensuring document workflow and work procedures
  • Cross-train designated back-up
Requirements
  • Excellent French skills- C1 level
  • Very good English skills- B2 level
  • Bachelors' degree with Accountancy/Finance/ Math /Foreign Language Faculties/Or Accountancy School is an advantage
  • Analytical thinking
  • Basic MS Office knowledge
  • Customer orientation
  • Can-do attitude
  • CRC and SAP knowledge is an advantage
