Job description

For our Client the leader of customer service we are looking for candidates, who will join to international team in Wroclaw for Customer Care Support position.
Responsibilities:
- Improving online advertisement content for client
- Reporting to the client
- Searching areas of improvement and escalate through the appropriate channels to ensure timely resolution of any issues

Requirements

- Excellent English skills and German
- Good knowledge of websites and navigation
- Strong analytical skills
- Problem- solving attitude
- Experience in content writing or data entry is an advantage
- BA/BSc degree or equivalent is preferable but not essential
- Excellent communication skills
- Can-do attitude
