Responsibilities :

  • Providing support for Czech client realted to online marketing in accordance with the standards adopted in the company
  • Diagnosing and resolving client's issues related to companies product
  • Changing data in internal system
  • Processing of customer’s orders
  • Building long term relationships with Clients
  • Supporting team in daily activities
  • Fluent Czech
  • Good English (B2)
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills
  • Communicative attitude (position requires frequent contacts on the phone with clients)
  • Good adaptability and flexibility skills
