Our client, a global communications company who is looking for a motivated and driven professional to join their sales team. You will be part of the new sales team for Germany and have the chance to develop the commercial sector nationally and across the Europe. You will develop new business and nurture and grow existing business also working closely with key distributors.
As a Business Account Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
- Developing and maintaining business, the target is to increase growth within the business this will include existing clients and building new relationships with target clients
- Provide excellent customer service, resolving customer issues to ensure satisfaction. Achieving customer retention goals
- Cultivate strong relationships with strategic distribution partners, collaborating with them to ensure agreements are met and marketing and sales opportunities are maximised
This job is ideal for a candidate with experience of telephone based direct sales.
