For our client, international company with over 100 years of tradition, we are looking for Application Support Specialist.
Responsibilities:
-Configuration, maintenance and user support for the dedicated system
-Close cooperation with Application Technical Lead
-Being a contact person for the software provider and internal customers
-Resolving queries and complaints related to the system
-Support of global roll-out process
-Technical configuration and update of technical documentation
-At least 2-years experience in working on similar position
-Experience in software administration or application administration
-Understanding of complex business processes
-Strong sense of responsibility and customer focus
-Very good English proficiency both spoken and written
Nice to have:
-Knowledge/ experience in travel and expenses management software
