For our Client, an international leading technology company we are looking for a Technical Support Representative.

In this role, the candidate will be responsible for supporting a small team of Security Engineers in reviewing bug reports and determining whether they are valid or not. Valid reports are forwarded to the product team for remediation.

Responsibilies:

  • Follow the instruc ons in the bug report and reproduce them when requested
  • Respond to ques ons from bug hunters on closed valid, and duplicate bug reports
  • Analyze the responses from bug hunters and explain misunderstandings
Wymagania
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to understand complex technical issues
  • Familiarity with common software testing tools in order to reproduce vulnerabilities
  • Interest on information security and software testing
  • Communication skills in English (level C1)
