Information Technology Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT professional to join our team. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for leading the IT group, executing strategy, security, road mapping, and governance structure in collaboration with IT and business stakeholders in Poland. We are looking for and ambitious and creative person, to join senior management team.

Responsibilities:

  • Business partner to operations, especially board members;
  • Think business, have vision, provide solutions;
  • Execute the overall IT security strategy, roadmap, and governance structure in collaboration with business stakeholders;
  • Provide management, leadership, and development for the IT team;
  • Manages local IT suppliers.
  • Maintain disaster recovery and backup procedures to enable business continuity;
  • Flexibility and adaptability in adjusting to changing priorities and requirements in a rapidly growing organization with 500 internal users.
Wymagania

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in IT Operations;
  • 3 years of management;
  • Basic IT infrastructure/IT Security knowledge in a cloud/SaaS environment;
  • Experience configuring data fields and workflows in CRMs;
  • Demonstrable experience in IT project management and excellent written and interpersonal communication skills;
  • Experience maintaining business data und good understanding of business processes;
  • Solid understanding of API’s and web frontend technologies;
  • Experience evaluating, implementing/integrating new solutions which can bring added value to the company (applications, tools);
  • Working knowledge with BI technologies and tools (SSRS, SQL);
  • Experience managing IT vendors.
