For one of our Client, from the gaming industry, we are looking for:

We are looking for an HR & Payroll Specialist to manage polish payroll process.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare payroll calculation.
  • Ensure that employee payroll processing is in compliance with applicable laws and payroll tax obligations.
  • Perform all personnel administration services and all related data entry to the system.
  • Support employees in payroll related cases.
  • Maintain employee lifecycle documentation according to Polish law.
  • Maintain administration of time/vacation tracking systems.
  • Prepare employment contracts, separation documents and other employee related documentation.
  • Manage employee PPK processing.
  • Prepare documents related to relocation/immigration processes.
  • Prepare and participate in internal & external audit.
Wymagania
  • 3+ years experience in payroll world
  • Proficiency in English is a must
  • Knowledge of Enova system
  • Accounting knowledge is nice to have
