For new Client, the international company, who is opening a new office in Krakow to meet its increasing demands, we are currently looking for candidate for the position of:

Person hired on this position will be responsible for:
- Oversee the functioning of Business HR, Location HR & Recruitment;
- Formulate & facilitate the implementation of HR strategies, policies and procedures;
- Act as a link between the Management and the HR teams;
- All other activities connected with great communication inside the company;
- Hiring on time, cost effective & new hirers with skill sets that fit into Organization's futuristic requirements;
- Effectively managing on boarding process;
- Culture building;
- Conduct timely audits to ascertain compliance to set standards;
- Formulate & facilitate innovative HR initiatives and monitor successful implementation;
- Ensure successful implementation of employee welfare schemes;
- Establish rewards, increments, incentives and payout system based on performance parameters like output, quality, attendance, conduct, & length of service;
- Plan and oversee OD activities such as Competency Mapping exercise, Succession & Career Planning and development of assessment centre;
- Formulate action plans towards employee benefit, retention & management;
- Formulate long term plans for the development and motivation of the team;
- All activities which should be taken during the start up of the company (etc.).

Wymagania

- Master degree in ZZL
- Minimum 10 years of work experience on a adequate position;
- Experience with ERP based software such as PeopleSoft would be beneficial;
- Ability to resolve issues, ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Strong planning and organizational skills;
- Analytical skills;
- Focus quality, high on integrity, crisis and conflict management, decision making;
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & People Soft;
- Analytical thinking;
- Highly customer orienting;
- Quality & improvement orientation;
- Fluent English.
