For our client, a global company, we are searching for an experienced candidate who would like to work on the position of:
SSC Head
Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop the Shared Service Center for Finance and Controlling
- Ensure that the service organization becomes an accepted, highly regarded and efficient working part in the group
- Drive change and continuous improvement in the Shared Services teams, including standardization of processes and practices across business units, development of an effective performance culture and implementation systems
- Lead global SSC operational business and manage the shared services teams in the central hub in Poland in accordance with the strategic objectives
- Delivering SLAs/KPIs and improving efficiency of the operations each year
- Represent a positive example for all employees within the service organization and foster problem/ conflict resolution, coaching and training for employee development
- Minimum ten years of solid, supervisory/ management experience in a shared service center and experience in building and operating a shared service center
- University degree in financial management/accounting/business administration
- Exemplary commercial skills and significant strategic/financial planning/finance leadership skills
- Proven track record of Accounting, Controlling, Admin experience on management level as well as extensive experience in the operative Accounting, Controlling and Admin processes
- Knowledge of SAP Finance Modules
- Good communication and presentation skills in English as well as outstanding leadership and teamwork skills, at all times driving participation and engagement in order to achieve business goals
