For our Client international, prestigious consulting company, currently we are looking for Transition Specialist (SSC/BPO)

Responsibilities:

  • Managing medium to large transition projects for our Clients,
  • Manage overall transition program performance across defined phases and work streams,
  • Review and manage changes through the transition lifecycle,
  • Review of project proposals to determine goals, time frame, procedures for accomplishment of the project,
  • Plan and monitor the transition/transformation programs,
  • Identify and schedule project deliverables, milestones and required tasks.
  • Leading small to medium group of project managers delivering project across multiple locations/ regions
  • Driving transformation of processes & technology towards global standardization
  • Implementing & introducing new tools for the business
  • Participating in pre-sales, contract negotiations & contributing to transition solution build out
  • Remote and direct cooperation with local, regional and global multinational teams

Requirements

Requirements:
  • Project Management - related experience in large multi-national environment - min. 3 years
  • Background in business processes (finance & accounting, procurement, utilities, digital marketing)
  • Prior exposure to external management stakeholders
  • Operational management experience, particularly in Outsourcing or in an internal business process
  • Project team, objective driven leadership: managing locally & remotely
  • Fluent English;
  • Ability to manage multiple ongoing tasks or projects and balance workload effectively against changing deadlines
  • Strong personality, self-starter with drive towards business goals and problem solving skills
  • Strong verbal and writing communication supported by excellent presentation skills
  • Ability to drive and summarize conversation towards key points
  • Flexible & comfortable with change and conflicts management
  • Experience of working in diverse cultural and virtual environment would be a strong asset
  • Strong analytical skills (both numerical and process)
  • Good understanding of technology
  • Readiness to travel for up to 60% of time
