For our Client which is IT distributor we are currently looking for:

Technical Support Engineer

Daily responsibilities:

  • Provide 2nd line technical support via email/telephone/live-chat to our global customers
  • Resolve escalated support incidents from our customers and partners
  • Replicate customer configurations as required to troubleshoot complex errors
  • Undertake to develop and maintain technical skills in selected products
  • Undertake training to achieve and maintain accreditation in selected products

Requirements

  • 2 years of working experience in 2nd line support in busy environment
  • Ability to acquire skills and develop quickly is essential
  • Present friendly & professional manner
  • Abaility to cooperate with other team members
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Administration, installation and troubleshooting of Windows or Linux based devices and networks
  • Fluent English and Spanish
