Grafton is looking for Candidates who would like to work for newly created Global Service Team as:
Technical Support Agent/ Global Service Desk Agent with German and English
- Providing 1st line support to users working on shifts
- Analyzing problems related to software and hardware
- Contacting with the users via phone, chat, e-mail
- Speak fluently German and have a good command of English
- Have readiness to work on shifts
- Have previous experience with L1 remote support (at least 6 months)
- Have high analytical mind, well-organized,
- Have a good interpersonal skills and customer orientated
