For international Shared Services Center located in Lodz we are seeking experienced candidate for the position of Team Leader.
- responsibility for timely purchase orders execution according to internal and external rules, service levels and cost objectives.
- problem solving and acting as 2nd level escalation contact for vendors and other business units.
- team management: motivation, development, appraisal.
- conduct/participate in projects aiming in procurement process improvement.
- responsibility for budget of dedicated cost center.
- previous experience in indirect procurement area gained in international manufacturing company.
- very good German and English skills.
- experience in project management or leading a team would be an asset.
- SAP skills.
- University degree.
