For our Client international technical company to SSC we are looking for:

Team Leader of Service Department with German

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the team responsiable for service coordination
  • Preparation of service offers, the service order confirmation, support of the contract management and invoicing of services
  • Support and contribute to ongoing improvement of processes
  • Keep track and pushing the development of team members to ensure high level of motivation and low attrition rate
  • Providing cross-country and cross-business support
  • Understand and continuously monitor business processes in service operations area, provide management with advice and a service regarding the improvement.
  • Carry out performance reviews

Requirements

  • Experience in the setup and in the management of shared services team
  • min.2-3 years of experience on position of team leader
  • Experience of working in multicultural SSC environment is an asset
  • Practical experiences with SAP
  • Fluent German and English, French is an asset.
  • Good leadership and social competences.
  • University degree (preferred: economy, management or related)
