For our Client international technical company to SSC we are looking for:
Team Leader of Service Department with German
- Managing the team responsiable for service coordination
- Preparation of service offers, the service order confirmation, support of the contract management and invoicing of services
- Support and contribute to ongoing improvement of processes
- Keep track and pushing the development of team members to ensure high level of motivation and low attrition rate
- Providing cross-country and cross-business support
- Understand and continuously monitor business processes in service operations area, provide management with advice and a service regarding the improvement.
- Carry out performance reviews
- Experience in the setup and in the management of shared services team
- min.2-3 years of experience on position of team leader
- Experience of working in multicultural SSC environment is an asset
- Practical experiences with SAP
- Fluent German and English, French is an asset.
- Good leadership and social competences.
- University degree (preferred: economy, management or related)
