For our Client, new established Shared Service Center in Cracow, we are looking for candidates for the position of Team Leader of RTR Department.

Key responsibilities:

  • Design of process documentation including process maps and desktop procedures
  • Supervision and/or performing GL activities
  • Leading a team of RtR process specialists including workload management
  • On time delivery in line with service level agreements
  • Understanding of business needs and priorities and effective interaction with internal customers
  • Contributing to and supporting global process standardization and continuous improvement


  • 3+ years of solid work experience in accounting or financial area
  • 1 year of people management in international environment including SSC/BPO
  • Educational background in finance/accounting area
  • Fluent French
  • Good command in English
  • Solid organization, problem solving & attention to details skills
  • Excellent communication, team work and management skills
  • Ability to set priorities for work, assign tasks and execute results
  • Good IT knowledge (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access)
  • Strong motivation to work in a dynamic, international team and exposure to shared service environment
