Our client a new SSC in Krakow, looking for Team Leader in Compensation & Benefits department. You will have the unique opportunity to participate in building a new business center.
Responsibilities:
- Effective management team in the Department of Compensation & Benefits
- Organization of the team's work
- Identify emerging challenges and support their implementation
- Developing the skills of the team through training and coaching
- Collaborate with Managers in connection with the development teams and the expansion of company structures
Requirements
- A minimum 3 years of experience in HR department
- A minimum 1 year of experience in team management
- Higher education (preferred: human resource management, psychology, personnel management or related)
- Experience in a corporate environment
- Fluent English and Italian
- Very good work organization
