For one of our main Client in IT area - a global IT corporated operated all over the world, which has been awarded a Great Place to Work Certificate 3 times in a row, we are looking for BI Support Engineer.

Responsibilities:

  • providing technical support for Informatica PowerCenter (2nd and 3rd line) and network/security related issues;
  • solving tickets with a very advanced level of technical complexity;
  • testing resolved incidents and reporting results;
  • research potential improvement of the system and apply it when possible;

Requirements

  • experience in providing support to end users;
  • at least 6 months of experience with Informatica PowerCenter;
  • Master or Bachelor degree, the best related to IT subjects;
  • able to communicate in English at last on B2 level (also German will be an advantage);
  • knowledge about Cognos will be a strong asset;
  • experience in work in a multinational organization;
