Our Client is an international IT services company. It employs 100 000 employees in 72 countries, and exists in Poland since 2000. Currently our client is looking for Project Manager to join Global Delivery Tooling Services (GDTS) Tower. The successful candidate will be responsible for project delivery according to agreed scope, time and budget, as well as:

  • Driveing independently, significant software development and integration projects
  • Taking responsibility for the delivery of small to medium sized projects in a global Atos structures
  • Establishing and maintaining the correct structures to control and monitor the deliverables to the business
  • Actively following and promoting appropriate Project Governance
  • Ensuring that comprehensive project, quality, and risk plans are prepared, maintained and actively managed
  • Actively managing project team, develops and maintaining resources’ schedule
  • Providing accurate and timely managed project revenue and margin as per business case
  • Providing financial estimates and actively manages risks and issues
  • Delivering excellent reports on delivery status, key performance indicators, etc.
  • Identifing and proactively managing the issues in terms of articulating the impact on the project, in terms of time, cost and quality
  • Working as a member of the project management team that consist of several project managers responsible for the delivery of software tooling projects within the Global Delivery Tooling Services (GDTS) Tower


Skills and Competencies:
  • Ideally: several years of experience in the IT service/system management tooling or software development/integration as a project manager, designer/architect, an integrator or a developer
  • Strong ability in understanding complex technical landscape and being a fast learner
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure topics (e.g. servers, network, cloud) is a plus
  • Very good English verbal and written communication skills (German as a second foreign language is a plus)
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and practices
  • Project management certification (PMP/PRINCE2 is a plus)
  • Project Planning with MS project at advanced level
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • Excellent presentation skills, both regarding tools and techniques

Qualifications and Experience:
  • At least 3 years’ experience as a project manager, technical project manager/coordinator or similar
  • Proven project management and leadership skills at the highest levels and in a wide variety of contexts
  • Ability to work effectively under time pressure in order to meet committed deadline
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
