For our client, one of the most prestigious IT companies, we are looking for experienced candidates for position of:

Payroll administrator

Responsibilities:

  • Cooperation with the Payroll Vendor on a daily basis
  • Ensure payroll processes are aligned for all payroll countries
  • Ensuring all payroll data is submitted to the payroll vendor in a timely manner
  • Coordinate and finalize payroll for payment approvals with the support of third party stakeholders
  • Manage payroll funding’s and/or payments to employees and authorities
  • Prepare monthly payroll reconciliations
  • Posting of month end payroll journal entries based on information received from payroll vendor
  • Ensure compliance with country specific tax/statutory requirements and timely payments
  • Serve as focal point of contact for the country finance departments and work close with them for month/quarter/year end reporting as well as any kind of audits

Requirements

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2-4 years of payroll experience
  • Work experience in an international payroll environment
  • Fluent in English (speaking and writing)
