The main responsibility of this role is delivering high level of customer service in AR Collection activities: customer chasing, following on the customer's account, following and preparing daily reporting on business request.
- Providing information to customers;
- Registering of queries;
- Contacting with vendors, employees from business unit;
- Accounts reconciliations;
- Fluent German and English;
- Experience in Customer Service or other office work will be an asset;
- Knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel.
