For our Client new technology company in connection with development currently we are looking for:

Office Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Direct email and phone communication with customers, local and international partners
  • Orders-in and orders-out processing
  • Logistics and stock evidence
  • Invoice-in and invoice-out processing
  • Bank agenda – bank statements, bank order payments
  • Cash – payments and receipts processing
  • Management and sales department full support
  • Managing all office related tasks
  • Documentation preparation for accounting purposes
  • Conference and trainings organisation

Requirements

  • 3 years experience on similiar position
  • Fluent English
  • Very good computer skills
  • Proactive helpful attitiude
  • Univeristy degree
