For our Client, an international and prestigious multinational consulting company, well known and stable organization, we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated candidates for a position of:Office Assistant with German/Dutch/French and English

Job description:

  • Maintaining schedules and calendar
  • Taking part in conferences and supporting consultants in preparing presentations
  • Assisting in planning, arranging and executing meetings for consultants
  • Manage all communications in a professional and efficient manner
  • Cooperating with other executive assistants

Requirements

  • Fluent in written and spoken German/ /Dutch/French (C1/C2) and conversational English (B2/C1)
  • Good practical knowledge of MS Office
  • Preferably administrative or customer service experience in a corporate or professional services environment on a similar position
  • Positive and optimistic approach
  • Ability to plan and prioritise assignments
  • Professional approach to work, strong sense of responsibility to the company
  • Proactive, creative attitude and willingness to take on additional or new responsibilities
  • Very good communication skills
