For our Client, one of the most prestigious company in the law business who is establishing its new Shared Service Center office in Warsaw, we are looking for an expert for the position of:

Management Accountant

  • Review and analyze key financial information delivered by outsourced accounting provider to ensure that management makes well-informed decisions for Company’s future stability, growth and profitability
  • Review periodic financial statements, including balance sheet, profit and loss accounts, cash flow, VAT declarations
  • Prepare management accounts and other managerial reports of business center
in line with corporate reporting requirements and deadlines
  • Taking part in preparing budget and making sure spending is kept in line with the budget;
  • Review of travel expenses claims and invoices from B2B
  • Monthly review of P & L , analyses of revenue and cost components , comparison to budget
  • Analyze financial performance and contribute to medium and long-term business planning/forecasts;
  • Monthly reconciliation and review of accounts
  • Provide information and cooperate with auditors, tax office , other finance institutions
  • Implement corporate internal controls
  • Maintain internal accounting/reporting procedures , manuals and instructions
  • Build and maintain good relationships with key stakeholders
  • Share knowledge and best practices across the company
  • Deliver continuous improvement of accounting processes and reporting


  • At least 2 years of relevant experience
  • University degree in Finance , Accounting
  • Professional qualification or certificates such as ACCA, CIMA , other ( or in progress )
  • Commercial awareness, with an interest in business and an understanding of how an organisation works and manages resources;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal ( English , Polish )
  • Able to prioritise and multi-task particularly when working under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Able to interact positively at all levels including non-finance members of staff;
  • Experience in working with internal and external clients , excellent customer service focus
  • Continuous improvement mindset
