For one of our TOP- American client who is cooperating in new technology sector, we are looking for Junior Customer Care Specialist with fluent English, who will be responsible for support of British market.
- Manage the contact with business partners in UK
- Prepare of documents and administrative tasks
- Take care of the data inserted to the system
- Resolve issues related with cooperation, business requirements, technical needs
- Mainly contact through e-mail (rare phone calls)
- Daily contact in English
