An international company with advanced structures and opportunities for development is looking for candidates for the position of 2nd line Support Consultant in the IT area with communicative levels of German and English.

Responsibilities include:

  • providing second line support,
  • solving problems regarding internal applications and systems,
  • software installations and repairing / configuration of workstations,
  • connecting devices,
  • registration / classifying incoming requests with an appropriate indication of their priority.


  • Fluent German,
  • Good knowledge of English - as an advantage,
  • Knowledge of IT such as computer construction, systems installation,
  • experience on a similar position (or work on the first line of technical support) would be an advantage,
  • willingness to work and commitment,


  • stable employment on the basis of an employment contract in a company with an established position on the market,
  • international environment,
  • work with foreign languages in office hours,
  • opportunity to gain experience in IT and customer support,
