For our Client international technology company we are looking for:

IT Helpdesk with English

Responsibilities:

  • Take and log calls from Internal and external customers and users globally
  • Classification of problems and ownership of incidents
  • First level resolution of IT problems
  • Forward calls to the relevant IT-departments when beyond skill level
  • Provide guidance and advice to users on the use of standard applications
  • Compare Statistical Information
  • Act according to the defined Support Processes
  • User Administration and Maintenance
  • Follow up and escalation of problems

Requirements

  • Previous helpdesk / servicedesk experience is an asset
  • Excellent English skills
  • PC literate in Hardware/ Software
  • Knowledge of operating systems (MS Windows)
  • MS Office, Outlook and Exchange
  • Previous usage of SAP system is an asset
  • Very good communication skills
  • Flexible Attitude
  • Friendly and helpful personality
