Currently for our client the American enterprise, based in the heart of Krakow- the global leader in consulting, design, design-build, operations, and program management we are looking for an:

IT Service Desk Specialist

Under general direction, will be responsible for providing first line support to end users for computer workstations, servers, application software and hardware.
Diagnosing and resolving issues realted to IT, LAN/WAN, MS Office, Windows, VPN
Daily contact in English with end users via phone, chat, using the ticketing system as well


  • 2 years experience in It Support
  • Very good level of English (written and spoken) is essential
  • Experience with Support Desk Software, CRM or other ITSM Tools
  • Good knowledge of Windows Operating system 7 and Microsoft Office 2013, 365
  • Good background in networking concepts and technologies
  • PC/Laptop configuration familiarity
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Process and documentation oriented worker
  • Team oriented individual
  • Good interpersonal and social skills
  • Good adaptability and flexibility skills

Advantageous to have:
  • Technical degree
  • ITIL or Microsoft Certification
  • Experience working with the following systems and tools
  • Smartphone configurations (BES and Active Sync)
  • SharePoint
  • OneDrive
  • Microsoft Exchange Console
  • Microsoft Active Directory
  • VPNs
  • Java
  • Oracle Applications
